TONY JAENSCH — ACTING CEO

Co-founder and President Tony Jaensch has been named Acting CEO, effective immediately, following the resignation of Sarah McKenna. The board unanimously appointed Jaensch, who has been integral to Sequentum's strategy and operations since co-founding the company as the original CEO.

BC WILSON — CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

BC Wilson has been promoted from Head of Customer Success to Chief Operating Officer. Since joining Sequentum in October 2022, Wilson built and led the Customer Success organization, driving high client retention and significant new customer growth. He brings deep operational expertise from prior roles including consulting to the Port of Virginia, where he helped design a comprehensive business information system for port operations measurement, and leadership roles at Dominion Enterprises and xTuple.

CASEY O'NEILL — CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Casey O'Neill has been promoted from Executive Vice President of AI & Engineering to Chief Technology Officer. O'Neill brings nearly two decades of expertise in software development, data analytics, and enterprise solutions. At Sequentum, he has led the AI and engineering team in delivering the groundbreaking Sequentum Cloud platform. Earlier in his career, O'Neill founded Barreled, a data analytics platform for the spirits industry, and Altitude Development Group, a consulting firm specializing in enterprise-grade data acquisition and high-availability web services.

DAVE REINLIEB — VP OF INFORMATION SECURITY

Dave Reinlieb has been promoted from IT Security and Infrastructure Manager to Vice President of Information Security. The promotion coincides with Reinlieb earning the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC², completing a trifecta of industry-leading credentials alongside his Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) certifications — spanning technical security engineering, security management, and enterprise architecture.
